I created this automated system for selling digital products that minimizes manual work.
The process begins by inviting contacts to purchase through the landing page or your funnel.
After payment, the contact uploads a proof of payment screenshot to a payment form. On the backend, you can easily accept or reject the payment. If accepted, the digital product is automatically delivered to the contact. If payment is rejected, the contact is prompted to resubmit proof, guiding the contact to an easy process.
All contacts are then placed in nurturing campaigns for future products and promos.
This automation is used by coaches for their live webinars.
The process starts when a contact fills out the registration form on the landing page. The contact will then receive reminder emails for the webinar event. This proven process is designed to increase the show-up rate of registrants.
After the live webinar, the automation will send post-webinar emails to contacts with a replay link and invitations to join the community. In this community, you can nurture the contact and, at the same time, offer them services they can’t resist purchasing.

This automation is developed to streamline my service booking process. When a potential client is interested, they fill out a form and select their preferred time for a Discovery Call via the calendar. During this call, we'll assess if we are a good fit to work together.
An automated email sequence is triggered based on the client's actions—whether they scheduled a call but didn’t attend, abandoned the calendar, or requested a reschedule. Every step in the process is automated, guiding the client based on their choices, whether positive or negative, and encouraging them to reconsider if needed.
If the Discovery Call goes well, another automation sets up a Strategy Call, where we will finalize whether we are a match to move forward or part ways.
